About the class
Your foundation for slow, intentional strength.LabX Signature is our Level 1 class. A full-machine, form-focused introduction to the LabX method. This class builds your foundations through controlled pacing, clear transitions and alignment-led coaching. You’ll experience the essence of slow resistance training without the confusion or rush, giving you the space to understand each posture and move with intention.Designed for all levels, Signature strengthens your understanding of the machine, improves body awareness and develops the control needed to progress with confidence.Who It’s For:• New clients trying LabX for the first time • Regulars wanting to refine form and reset foundations • Anyone who prefers clarity, coaching and intentional movement • Clients returning after a break

Expect:• Full-machine experience • Clear setups + accessible progressions • Alignment, form and body awareness • Steady pacing • Time-under-tension without overwhelm • Options to scale intensity appropriately
