Maya describes herself as a feisty fluff, and with her training in vinyasa yoga, kinstretch, prehab and FRC, we can see why! Her dynamic classes are equal part challenging equal part fun, so get ready to hold boat pose for 5 minutes in her classes. She wants her students to leave her classes smiling and feeling happy. Off the mat, she loves to sleep- and also indulge in a bowl of Indomie with super spicy chilli!
