Register

By submitting your registration for any program or class (including but not limited to any trial class or audition) conducted by Lab Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Register
2. Students will only be allowed to attend any program or class upon full payment of all applicable fees.
3. Registration may be open for programs or classes which have already commenced at the sole discretion of Lab Studios. Fees will be pro-rated accordingly.
4. Registrations are not transferrable to any other person.
5. Studio Policy
6. You will need grip socks for Pilates Reformer and Barre classes.
7. Mats are provided. You can choose to bring your own mat towel to layer over our mats.
8. Please bring your own towel and water for class.
9. Please arrive at least 15min earlier just in case, latecomers will not be allowed in.
10. To be fair to all members, your spot may be released to others if you have NOT signed in at least 3 min BEFORE the class starts!
11. It takes 2 Lab credits to attend a reformer class. 2nd credit will be deducted 12 hours before class starts time. If you do not have enough credits in your package to be deducted, your booking will be canceled.
12. Package Policy
13. VALIDITY: Package Activates Upon Purchase.
14. The validity of packs starts from the date of purchase. Packages are extendable at $15 for 7 days. Max extension is 28 days.
15. ROLLOVER: Max of 5.
16. Rollover a maximum of 5 classes into a new all-access pack bought within one month of the previous pack's expiry.
17. CANCELLATION POLICY: 12-hour rule
18. Classes canceled within 12 hours of class start time will be considered late cancellation and one credit will be charged.
19. NO REFUND OR TRANSFERS: All Sales Are Final
20. All sales are final and cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded.
21. Cancellation Policy
22. The deadline to cancel your class without any penalty is 12 hours prior to your booked class.
23. If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel 12 hours prior to the start of your booked class. Any cancellations less than 12 hours before your class will cost you 1 credit.
24. For e.g. If you have booked a class for 6.00 PM class on 20 November and wish to cancel it, you must do so by 6.00 AM on 20 November.
25. If you have a medical certificate for your no-show or late cancellation, please submit your late cancel waiver request by WhatsApp us on the same day of your booked class. 
26. Under no circumstances are you allowed to get someone else to attend the class in your place. 
27. Withdrawal and No Refund
28. No refund of any fees will be made for any class missed by a student under any circumstances.
29. No refund of any fees will be made for any withdrawal by a student from any program. A request for a refund may be submitted to Lab Studios if the reason for withdrawal is due to medical reasons supported by certified medical documents. Lab Studios reserves the right to accept or reject any request for refund after assessing the circumstances on a case-by-case basis and its decision will be final.
30. Conduct of Members
31. Members must diligently follow and observe all rules, guidelines of etiquette, discipline, conduct, attire, and procedure set by Lab Studios from time to time.
32. Members are required to observe punctuality in attending classes. Latecomers without valid reasons may not be permitted to join the class.
33. YL Duxton Private Limited reserves the right to terminate a member from any program if he/she, in YL Duxton Private Limited’s sole opinion, does not show seriousness during class, has discipline problems, and/or fails to meet any of the program requirements. There will be no refund of any fees.
34. Late Approval Policy
35. Your spot will be given up 3 min before the start of the class. i.e. class starts at 12:00, if you arrive at 11:57, you are considered LATE, and your spot may be given up. This will be considered a No Show, and class credit(s) will be deducted.
36. If your spot is given up, you will be assigned any available spot (if any).
37. Should the class be full, then you will be considered a NO SHOW, and credit(s) will be deducted.
38. Once the class starts, members have a 5-minute grace period to enter the room. No one will be allowed into the room after this grace period to minimize disruption to the class.
39. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class starts and are not allowed in, your credit will not be returned to you and you will be considered NO-SHOW.
40. Classes
41. Lab Studios reserves the right to change or cancel a scheduled class, or to change the instructor, when necessary.
42. A canceled class will be rescheduled by Lab Studios. This may be rescheduled to a different day and/or a different time from when the class was originally scheduled.
43. Waitlist and Walk-in Policy
44. When you put yourself on the waitlist, you will automatically get added to the class up whenever a spot opens up.
45. Please remove yourself from the waitlist 12 hours before class start time if you no longer wish to attend class.
46. Bumped-up waitlisted slots will not be waived for late cancellations. 
47. Walk-ins are only accepted 30 mins before the start of the class, and you will need to remain present in the studio in order to get priority should a spot open up.
48. The walk-in priority is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
49. Indemnity
50. Every care will be taken to ensure the well-being of the students during class. However, classes may be physically strenuous and participation is based on an understanding and knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury. Lab Studios shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, penalty, cost, expense, and/or any other consequences arising from and/or in connection with any of its classes or programs to the fullest extent as may be permitted under the applicable laws and regulations.
51. You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless Lab Studios, its management, members, and staff against all losses, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, orders, penalties, and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) howsoever arising in connection with these terms and conditions.
52. Intellectual Property
53. All exercises, class sequences, and materials taught in class remain the property of Lab Studios. They cannot be taught (or performed) outside the studio without the prior written approval of Lab Studios.
54. Prior approval by Lab Studios must be granted before any form of recording (photography or video recording) may be taken. All recordings (photographs and videos) shall be for personal use only and not for any commercial use.
55. Data Protection
56. You agree that you have read, understood, and consent to Lab Studios collecting, using, disclosing, and processing your personal data in the manner set forth in our privacy policy. By attending our classes, courses, and/or programs you agree to our collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data to the extent necessary to process your requests and provide you with our services.
57. Amendments
58. Lab Studios reserves the right to review and/or amend any term in these terms and conditions from time to time as it deems fit. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be notified to you in any manner as Lab Studios may decide two weeks prior to such amendments taking effect.
59. Governing Law
60. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
