LabX Strength is our Level 2 class. A progression for clients ready to deepen their training with more load, endurance and challenge. With purposeful transitions, heavier springs and extended working sets, this class develops muscular strength while keeping Lab’s hallmark focus on form, alignment and control. Strength is slow, intentional intensity. A class designed to challenge your stability, stamina and strength while honouring quality movement.
This is a level up from LabX Signature class. Clients are recommended to have completed at least 5 Lab X Signature classes.

 • Anyone ready to progress into heavier, longer and more focused work
 • Clients wanting Level 2 programming without chaos or confusion
