Elevate your workout with LabX Classic, a class that embodies the essence of slow resistance training on the LabFormer. This full-body session focuses on deliberate, slow movements to maximize muscle engagement and endurance. LabX Classic offers a balanced and challenging experience, promoting muscle growth and improved form.
This class will feature faster transitions and more movements at the back of the machine. This is a level up from LabX Base class. Clients are recommended to have completed at least 5 Lab X Base classes.
**Due to the nature of the workout and equipment used, this class is not suitable for those who are currently pregnant.**
