Created by our personal trainers in the team, the Barre Cardio class is a combination of cardio, strength and conditioning which focuses on building muscle endurance, total body-toning and sculpting. Expect a heart-racing experience with the HIIT portion of this class. Yes, you heard us right, HIIT with barre moves. The combination of strength and grace.
