Kelsey would best describe herself as (1) a bit of an introvert, (2) independent, and (3) driven and overachieving individual. Off the mat, she is a huge sucker for Korean dramas (thriller/mystery genres are her favourite!) She can also spend hours endlessly scrolling on TikTok. An interesting fact about her is that she did contemporary dance for over 10 years. She treats herself by indulging in instant noodles and chocolate ice cream. Expect to leave her classes feeling stronger, and having had an enjoyable time on the mat while working up a good sweat.
