Ashton Yeo

Ashton is the oldest sibling of 5, and has the personality of a cat - most comfortable in a corner but once she’s warmed up she can keep talking forever. Her classes are focused on feel good flows, with shapes that students can recreate after. When she’s off the mat, she loves hanging out with her cats, does her morning BFT routines, or tops up her tan by the pool or at the beach. Her guilty pleasure is indulging in a pint of beer and spicy mala.
