Your Mornings with us
We start our day with energetic, kickass barre
workout. We promise a nice savasana before heading off for breakfast*.
Go healthy for breakfast with a dragonfruit smoothie bowl or go all out with a flat iron steak with hash and eggs. Extensive menu available that caters to gluten free / Vegetarian options.
Your breakfast and first dose of caffeine is on us (psst, a top up of $1.50 gets you a cup of traditional jamu drink!)


Your Afternoons with us
Nap by the pool, chill by the beach or come join us for a feel good flow based class. This class will be a bit of everything. Some yoga and pilates in there to get our bodies feeling nice and settled.
2 restaurants in the resort to choose from so you will be spoilt for choices on what to have for lunch. Jasmine thinks the Nasi Padang from the Beach Club is da bomb. You can also go for healthier options like chicken breast pita at the Health Hub. There is also a separate plant-based menu available.

Your Evenings with us
This retreat is about you. You decide how you would like to spend the day here.
Join us for a yoga class before dinner or choose to go to the spa, gym or frolic by the beach. Psst, surfer rejoice! This resort is known for being a surfing hotspot!
Dinner and a non-alcoholic drink on us. Craving for something more? Grab that lychee martini or glass of red! It is all about you after all!
