Lab Membership Update: Book Your Friends in for Class!

Bringing Someone Along Just Got Easier

If you’ve ever found yourself with unused class credits toward the end of the month, or wished you could bring a friend or relative along to experience a class with you, this update is for you.

From 19 January, members on Studio and LabX memberships* will be able to use their class credits to book friends/family into the class they're attending!

*Unlimited / all-access memberships not included!

That means:

• You can finish up your classes if you can’t do it alone in time

• You can bring a friend or relative to class with you (up to 12, like our usual book your friends in feature!)

• You can introduce someone new to the Lab experience, without needing them to commit right away

It’s still your class, you’re just choosing how to use it.

Why We’re Introducing This

At its core, Lab memberships are about consistency without pressure. Life shifts, schedules change, and not every month looks the same. Rather than letting credits go unused, we wanted to give you a way to keep them in circulation, and in the process, share something you enjoy with someone else.

Movement is often easier (and more fun) when it’s shared.

How It Works

• The booking will still be made through your account

• Your class credit will be used for your guest

• Your guest simply shows up and joins the class with you

No extra sign-ups, no complicated steps. Just a simple way to bring someone along.

This update is part of how we’re shaping Lab Memberships in 2026: flexible, human, and built around real routines, not rigid rules.

Whether you’re finishing off your classes at the end of the month, or inviting someone to experience their first Lab class beside you, we hope this makes your membership feel even more supportive.

We can’t wait to welcome more familiar faces, and some new ones too.
