We cannot wait to share our passion with you. Lab Studios is where you will find yourself being in class with experienced instructors with well designed class types and sequences that feels right in the body and leave you stronger and happier than you were before class.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT
If you’re new, show up 10 mins early to register and get a tour around our studio and have a chat with our instructor.

Grip Socks (for barre and reformer classes)
TELL US ABOUT YOU!
Meet your instructor and tell us your previous experiences with yoga / barre / pilates, if you are working with an injury etc. We would also love to know your goals so we can better guide you along in your practice.
NOT NEW TO YOGA/BARRE/PILATES?
You might still be new to us as you have signed up for our yoga teacher training classes. We are here to inspire you to inspire others so bring all your positive energy along!
WHERE DO I BEGIN?
The 2 for $40 newbie pack is a great way to start – you can try out different yoga & barre class types and visit any of our 4 studios.
Here for reformer? The flow intro pack gets you 4 classes for $120 to do within a month.

WHICH CLASS DO I START WITH?
The yoga basics, barre (signature) and reformer align classes are the perfect classes to start your journey with us. In these classes, our instructors will break down the fundamentals of the exercise / poses. Great for having your posture and alignment checked.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfortable workout attire. We recommend form fitting clothings that allows for freedom of movement.
Grip socks are compulsory for barre and pilates classes.
WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE AT YOUR STUDIO?
We have shower facilities at Joo Chiat, East Coast and Duxton. Shower amenities, lockers and hair dryers are also provided there. Holland Village is a pod concept with toilets just outside of the studio.
