Short VS Long Workouts: Which gives you the results?

Picture this, you wake up by 6am every morning to get ready to send your kids to school. You’re in office by 9am because WFH isn’t as flexible anymore, and you’ll leave office by 5pm to beat the rush hour to get home to prepare dinner, spend some time with your kids and partner before finishing up more work and heading to bed.

So with the precious limited time you’ve got in a week, you have to make a tough choice, short or long workouts?

The short vs long workouts debate is always going to be a tricky one to resolve. Is it better to get an efficient, short and sharp sweat on? Or should we be blocking out longer periods for longer, more cardio-intensive workouts?
