We kick things off this March with our March Strength Challenge.

From the foundational strength of Pilates to the invigorating burn of Barre, our mat classes have been the heartbeat of our Thomson studio.

This season, we're taking a moment to honour that incredible legacy, with a studio challenge!

The season of renewal is blooming, and this February, we’re bringing double the energy to the barre! Whether you’re gearing up for the festive gallop of Chinese New Year or looking to share the love this Valentines' Day, we’ve got a themed lineup that will keep your heart full and your legs shaking.
