Why rhythm, not reset?

We don’t believe habits are built through dramatic starts or short bursts of effort.
They’re built through small decisions, repeated over time.

The idea is simple:

  • 21 days to form the habit
  • 90 days to turn it into a lifestyle

The rhythm matters more than the moment.

What is The 21-Day Rhythm?

From 1 January to 15 February, members are invited to take part in a simple, supportive challenge:

  • Show up to the studio over 21 days within the challenge window
  • Get your stamp card signed each visit
  • Move at your own pace: any class, any day
  • Reflect with optional daily journal prompts shared via our Instagram Stories

There are no intensity targets.
No required frequency per week.
No “falling behind.”

Just returning for yourself, again and again.

A small thank-you

Members who complete The 21-Day Rhythm will receive merch of their choice from a selection of merch to be revealed later in the month.
