VALIDITY: Package Activates Upon Purchase
Validity of packs starts from date of purchase. Packages are extendable at $15 for 7 days. Max extension is 28 days.
ROLLOVER: Max of 5
Rollover a maximum of 5 classes into a new all-access pack bought within one month of previous pack expiry
CANCELLATION POLICY: 12-hour rule
Classes cancelled within 12 hours of class start time will be considered late cancellation and credit(s) will be charged.
NO REFUND OR TRANSFERS: All Sales Are Final
All sales are final and cannot be shared, transferred or refunded.

Mats are provided. You can choose to bring your own mat towel to layer over our mats.
Please bring your own towel and water for class.
Please arrive at least 15min earlier just in case, latecomers will not be allowed in.
To be fair to all members, your spot may be released to others if you have NOT signed in at least 3 min BEFORE the class starts!

The deadline to cancel your class without any penalty is 12 hours prior to your booked class.
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel 12 hours prior to the start of your booked class. Any cancellations less than 12 hours before your class will cost you 1 credit.
For e.g. If you have booked a class for 6.00PM class on 20 November and wish to cancel it, you must do so by 6.00AM on 20 November.
If you have a medical certificate for your no show or late cancellation, please submit your late cancel waiver request through our Lab App (Profile > Requests> Waivers) within the same day of your booked class. Only requests through the form will be acknowledged. No email or WhatsApp request will be considered.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to get someone else to attend the class in your place.

Your spot will be given up 3 min before the start of the class.
i.e. class starts at 12:00, if you arrive at 11:57, you are considered LATE, and your spot may be given up. This will be considered as a No Show, and class credit(s) will be deducted.
If your spot is given up, you will be assigned any available spot (if any).
Should the class be full, then you will be considered a NO SHOW, and credit(s) will be deducted.
Once the class starts, members have a 5-minute grace period to enter the room. No one will be allowed into the room after this grace period to minimize disruption to the class.
If you arrive more than 5-minutes after class start and not allowed in, your credit will not be returned to you and you will be considered NO-SHOW.

When you put yourself on the waitlist, you will automatically get added to the class up whenever a spot opens up.
Please remove yourself from the waitlist 12 hours before class start time if you no longer wish to attend class.
Bumped up waitlisted slots will not be waived for late cancel.
Walk-ins are only accepted 30 mins before the start of the class, and you will need to remain present in the studio in order to get priority should a spot open up.
Once the class starts, members have a 5-minute grace period to enter the room. No one will be allowed into the room after this grace period to minimize disruption to the class.
The walk-in priority is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
