Siew Hwee is friendly and warm, yet calm and collected. She wishes to share her positive energy with her students so that they can walk out of the class feeling lighter. In her classes, she focuses on the breath as it harmonizes the body and the mind. She also hopes to balance between strength and flexibility. Off the mat, she can be found either sipping a cup of coffee at a neighbourhood kopitiam, or finding balance on her palms.
