Shi Jie’s favourite pose is the Wheel Pose because we all need to open our hearts a little more. A regular in the Joo Chiat area, she’s excited to be teaching at the East Coast outlet. Off the mat, she enjoys reading, running(completed her first half marathon last year), exploring new matcha places and spending time with friends
Yoga has been a deeply rewarding journey for her—always a work in, not a workout and she wishes for her students to get the most benefit out of it.
