Ellis is honest, easygoing and dynamic. A lover of movement, exercise is her life – attend her classes and you’ll realise that the burn is nothing when you drop it like it’s hot! When off the barre, she dances, eats and can generally be found merry. Her guilty pleasure is indulging in a cup of bubble tea. She loves wine, and has a level 3 WSET certification in wine.
