Daily Schedule Highlights

  • Morning Momentum (7:30 AM – 10:30 AM): Kickstart your day with sunrise yoga, energizing Mat Flow Pilates, or our signature LabX Base class.
  • Lunchtime Reset (11:30 AM – 2:00 PM): Recharge with 45-minute express classes—Barre Burn, Yoga Flow+, or Mat Pilates. Perfect for busy professionals.
  • Evening Revive (5:30 PM – 8:30 PM): Unwind with heated Yoga Signature, strength-focused Reformer Pilates, or community-driven Barre sessions.
