Instructor • Skilled in Reformer Pilates

Janice fell in love with Pilates as a way to de-stress from the corporate world and discover strength, better posture, and positivity. 

Beyond teaching, she enjoys yoga, strength training, and pilates practice, with Netflix and dark chocolate ice cream as her guilty pleasures. 

Today, she shares that passion by creating supportive, judgment-free classes where you can move with proper form, challenge yourself and build confidence. 

Her goal is for everyone to leave feeling stronger, lighter, and re-energised — carrying both the joy and vitality that Pilates brings into their daily life.
