Always smiling and slightly obsessed with finding just the right song, Hui Kay believes that a good playlist can turn any workout into a vibe. Expect music that lifts your mood and movement that gives you that satisfying, feel-good burn. Outside of class, she’s either out getting her steps in (10k a day, no less) or curled up rewatching Friends or Modern Family for the umpteenth time.

Having gone through an injury herself, Hui Kay is intentional about creating classes that are safe, inclusive, and kind to your body - whether you’re brand new, bouncing back, or just here for a good sweat. She loves building a community where everyone feels welcome, so don’t be shy and come say hi after class! She’s always up for a good chat 😌
