Lab Studios is bringing The Flow Studio from KL to Singapore! The Flow Studio is known for their signature REFORMER pilates workout. A dynamic full body workout designed to activate slow twitch fat burning muscle fibres, ensuring that you burn energy faster and longer after class is done. Out method focuses on Muscular Endurance Training which is the best method to strengthen, tighten and sculpt the body quickly and safely.
We effectively combine Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Core, Balance and Flexibility training into each and every move ensuring you get the most out of every session!

Our approach provides maximum benefits including long lean muscle toning & sculpting with no bulk, weight loss, endurance, metabolic threshold increases, flexibility, and significant improvements in core strength.
Dynamic Reformer is the perfect alternative to High Intensity Training workouts which may cause injuries due to their high impact on the joints and the perfect compliment to Low Intensity workouts such as yoga to really see an improvement in your performance by learning how to move more efficiently!
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOGA & PILATES?
Yoga improves flexibility, balance and strength, in addition to the possibility of going upside down in inversions or arm balances. both practices focus on breath, alignment, balance, strength and flexibility. Yoga is also more of a mental workout and Pilates more physical.
Pilates classes focus on strength, muscle toning, body control, and flexibility, with the main emphasis being core strength.
Both practices are extremely complementary and many people choose to do both, enjoying the benefits of a long lean body and a clear mind free from stress.
Strengthening your core in pilates will give you better balance in yoga; while increasing your flexibility in yoga will enable you to go deeper in pilates. get too flexible without the strength to support it and you might get injured; develop a lot of strength without taking the time to stretch, and you’ll also set yourself up for problems. where pilates draws in, yoga opens up, it’s a balance.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO JOIN THE CLASSES?
Absolutely not! as our classes are held in small groups, our certified instructors can modify exercises to accommodate your fitness level, while allowing you to work at your own pace.
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ATTENDING PILATES REFORMER CLASSES, WHAT CLASSES SHOULD I GO FOR?
Our classes are designed to be accessible to all levels of experience, however we do offer a few beginner-friendly classes to kick you off! If it is your first reformer pilates class, we recommend attending reformer align. We encourage you to come to as many classes as frequently as you can to start to see the benefits more quickly. in all of our classes, you are more than welcome to rest whenever you feel like, take each class at your own pace, and re-join the class at your leisure.
Come in workout attire, bring your fun self and get ready for some burn!
Oh and remember to bring your grippy socks too!
“Foundations for transformation”
A flowing full body reformer workout for those who prefer to work at a controlled pace – equal parts strength, mobility and flowing juicy movement. This class teaches a deep level of intricate muscle toning that establishes the foundation for your everyday health and fitness while improving posture, flexibility and mind-body connection. Expect to activate muscles you’ve never worked before while building a strong foundation in Pilates and refining your technique.
ABS ARMS ASS
“Abs, Arms, Ass – need we say more?”
Define your abs, chisel your arms and lift your booty. A workout like no other, focused on toning the Abs, Arms and Ass to sculpt your perfect figure. AAA will literally kick your butt through fluid juicy movements that activate an isolated slow burn and leave you wanting to come back for more. Expect to sweat, burn & shake.
“Define your core”
Our signature reformer class is an athletic, fast-paced and intense full-body workout that strengthens and tones the entire body. Expect 50 minutes of total body chiseling that will define your core while creating long lean muscle definition without the bulk. This class is ideal for those who enjoy working hard and feeling challenged!
“Cardio party time”
A high intensity class for those who love to get their cardio on! The jumpboard employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles and burn calories. It’s great for athletes because it develops and strengthens the fast twitch muscles in the quadriceps without compression, helping to improve speed, agility and power. The jumpboard is a great alternative to traditional cardio, and is recommended for anyone looking to strengthen lower body joints, or just looking to get a killer fat-burning workout! Expect to elevate your heart rate and get sweaty through jump-board sequences that consistently challenge your core strength and stability while working the entire body.
