About the class
Reformer Foundations is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills to establish a solid foundation in Pilates. We focus on mastering the fundamental principles of Pilates - how to engage your deep core muscles, activate the right muscle groups, use your breath to improve performance and achieve optimal alignment in foundational exercises. Through precise cues and hands-on adjustments, you’ll develop body awareness, ensuring proper form and alignment throughout each exercise so you build a strong base for future progress.
You’ll be offered modifications and adjustments to cater to your needs and abilities - building strength, stability, and body awareness as you progress through each movement.
